“The alarm goes off at 4:15 a.m. Without hesitation I roll out of bed, brew my coffee and get ready to head to the gym for my first client. My morning speeds by as I train client after client . . . before I know it, it’s my lunch break. From here I have a small snack, throw on my workout shoes and head back down to the gym for my personal training session.
