This smoothie is for serious coffee lovers and energy seekers!
1/2 cup cold coffee (we set aside and refrigerate leftover coffee from the day before)
1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk (use less for a thicker smoothie)
1/2 frozen, peeled banana (use a whole banana if you are looking for more carbs and a thicker smoothie)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 scoop Healthy Skoop Energy Protein
several dashes of ground cinnamon, about 1/8 teaspoon
Combine all of the ingredients (with just a few dashes of cinnamon) in a high-speed blender and puree until desired smooth consistency is achieved. Add ice if colder, thicker smoothie is what you're after.
Top with a few more dashes of cinnamon and enjoy!!
