The recipe is packed with protein and healthy fats. And, and its the perfect flavor combination for loading on a variety of your favorite toppings like sliced banana, chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips, nuts and granola. The options are endless.

The chocolate can help boost your brain power and help you start the day in a healthy way. This smoothie bowl blends bananas that offer potassium and magnesium with antioxidant-rich cocoa and the healthy fats from avocado. The peanut butter supports satiety for good appetite control, lasting well into the lunch hour. It can also be enjoyed as a snack (or dessert) or you can save it as two small portions for a lighter serving.
