Almond, Chocolate and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

- 2 cups Vanilla or Plain Stonyfield Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Healthy Skoop Breakfast Protein (Chocolate)
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, toasted
- Whisk together the yogurt and nutritional shake mix in a medium bowl. Divide between two containers or bowls (if serving immediately).
- Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs and 1 tablespoon coconut.
- Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
