At Healthy Skoop we are confident that you will love our products. If however you decide that something you’ve ordered is not quite the right for you, feel free to contact us at 720.545.1753.

Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be unopened and in original packing. Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be credited a refund. Healthy Skoop does not pay the shipping costs on returns or exchanges.  You may also exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive at Skoop). You will receive your refund on the Credit/Debit Card you used to purchase your items. 

How to Initiate a Return & Refund

Print out our Return Form.

You will need your original order number.  To retrieve it simply login to your account, view your order using the "Order History" link under the “My Account” menu and reference your order number. You do not need a Return Authorization Number, simply reference your original order number.  Or contact us at support@healthyskoop.com and we can organize the return.

Defective Product

Healthy Skoop will accept defective product that is returned within 30 days of receipt. A full refund or an exchange of product will take place at the customers choosing.
