1. Where can I find Healthy Skoop? 

You can buy it on our website, on other websites like Amazon.com and LuckyVitamin.com, or you may be able to find us in a brick-and-mortar store near you! Please refer to our store locator.

2. Where is Skoop made? 

We have two different co-packing partners. One is located here in Colorado and one is located in Wisconsin. We work with them to source the best possible ingredients, from the USA whenever possible.

3. How is Skoop made? 

We implement the best practices during our blending process to ensure you receive the healthiest, most nutritious superfood blend available. Skoop's products are drum dried at low temperatures at or below 220 degrees fahranheit. This is one of the most efficient processes for creating highly nutrient-dense powders.

4. What is a Phytonutrient? 

Phytonutrients are the specific nutrient component of the plant - essentially the nutrients provided within the plant. Thousands of phytonutrients exist today, and researchers are discovering more and more each day. Phytonutrients are combinations of different naturally occurring molecules within plants that, when ingested, serve a specific function within the body.

5. What is a Superfood? 

A superfood is a nutrient rich food especially powerful because they provide multiple benefits within the body.

6. Is Skoop produced in a facility that processes nuts? 

Skoop is produced in a facility free of the most common 8 allergens. These allergens are: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Our facilities are GMP certified which means that rigorous cleaning and sanitizing practices must be in place before, during, and after production.

1. How quickly will I get Skoop products? 

You should expect to receive your product within 5 days of placing your order.

2. Do you ship everywhere? 

We ship throughout the continental United States. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska may have slightly longer delivery times. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We receive a lot of requests to ship all over the world and while there are challenges, we are working on opening up more international markets.

3. Do you have a subscription option?

Yes, customers with a subscription receive a 15% discount and free shipping and can choose an interval that works best for them. Healthy Skoop subscriptions are customizable with the option to start, stop, or stagger shipments based on your personal needs!

A-GAME
1. What's the difference between the three flavors of A-Game?

A-Game comes in three flavors: Sweetgreens, Chocofresh and Unsweetened. They all contain the same 41 base ingredients. Flavors are only added to provide taste options for our customers during the final blend process.

2. How is A-Game sweetened?

A-Game is sweetened using a small amount of honey and cold-water extracted Stevia.

3. Does A-Game have protein in it?

A-Game contains less than a gram of protein per serving. If you'd like to increase your protein we recommend mixing A-Game with B-Strong, a plant-based protein blend.

4. Who can use A-Game?

A-Game was developed to be used and enjoyed by every adult who could benefit from a broad spectrum of plant-based superfoods. We encourage you to always check with your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement program.

9. Can I add A-Game to other Skoop products?

Yes! We've specifically formulated Skoop products to work synergistically with one another for maximum results.

10. Can I take two scoops of A-Game in a day?

Though designed for the morning, A-Game is also a great afternoon pick-me-up for additional focus and energy throughout the day. It's not like a multi-vitamin where you lose what you don't use. It's a whole-food so your body is using it all.

11. Should I take A-Game with a multivitamin?

A-Game is not designed to replace your daily multivitamin but can be a powerful complement.

15. Are the ingredients in A-Game GMO-free and organic?

A-Game is 100% GMO-free, and it's made with organic ingredients wherever an organic option is available.

Yes, A-Game is soy, dairy, and gluten-free.

17. How should I eat when taking A-Game?

At Skoop, we understand it's not easy to get your daily recommended intake of fruits and vegetables. That's why we designed A-Game with the antioxidant equivalent of 6  servings of vegetables. Healthy Skoop products are NOT intended to replace fruits and vegetables. In fact, everything we do and make is designed to complement and promote a more healthful lifestyle.

18. Will A-Game replace my morning coffee?

It's not designed to replace coffee, but a common piece of feedback we receive from consumers is that they feel more energetic and are decreasing their coffee consumption.

19. Does A-Game contain caffeine?

A-Game does not contain caffeine. The green tea extract in our blend has been decaffeinated.

20. Can I use A-Game if I'm pregnant or nursing, am on medication, and/or have a medical condition?

B-STRONG - ORGANIC
1.  Who can use Healthy Skoop's B-Strong Plant Based Protein - Organic Formula?

Athletes, life athletes, and awesome folks alike! Anyone who'd like to support his or her healthy eating program with a plant based protein.

2. How is B-Strong Organic sweetened?

B-Strong is sweetened using 1 gram of low-glycemic coconut sugar and an itty-bitty smidge of Stevia.

3. What is the difference between the B-Strong Organic Formula and the B-Strong Classic Formula?

The organic formula is a newer reformulation of the classic formula. The new organic formula is 100% USDA certified organic, and we took out the prebiotics and antioxidants that were in the classic formula. The classic formula has been discontinued and will disappear from the website as soon as we sell through our current inventory.

4. Can I give B-Strong to my child?

You can give B-Strong to your child, but keep in mind it wasn't formulated for children, and our recommended serving sizes are based on recommended adult dosages.

SLEEP PROTEIN
1. Why so many B-Vitamins?

B-Vitamins are often depleted by stress, so our heightened amount is necessary to recover and provide optimal sleep functionality. B-Vitamins are water soluble and will not accumulate within the body. We know that many people take vitamin B-12 to increase energy levels, but what you may not know is that B-12 is key to serotonin production, and in people with healthy sleep chemistry, serotonin is naturally converted to melatonin within the body in the evening to induce sleep. So in this way, B-12 is an important building block for restful sleep.

2. I’ve been told food before bed is bad and can lead to weight gain.

5. Is this product USDA Organic?

We were unable to source some of the functional ingredients organically, however they are all whole-food based. The pea protein and rice protein are organic. The minerals and tryptophan cannot be sourced organically.

6. How far in advance of bedtime should I take this product?

It will be effective taken anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes before you would like to fall asleep. This gives your body has a chance to digest the liquid, and you can pee one more time before bed, thus avoiding waking up in the middle of the night to pee.
